Terry :
Terry Spencer, Edmond/Oklahoma City area developer, was born and raised in Choctaw, OK. After meeting and marrying his beautiful wife Kim (Green), they moved to and have lived in Edmond for thirty years. He has two daughters, one named Terra that is married to Brad Myers and another named Kiley. Kim, Terra and Kiley all graduated from Oklahoma Christian University. The whole family goes to Memorial Road Church of Christ where they are all very involved with their own classes and teaching others. Terry and Kim have been members since 1976. Terry’s main goal in life is to get his family to Heaven and bring others with him! His wife and daughter, Terra, work as Realtors for Keller Williams Realty in Edmond. Kim is also an active member of the Chamber of Commerce as a volunteer. Terry has a family history of developers and builders which includes both of his grandfathers, dad, uncles, cousins, and brothers. Terry started building homes and developing land in 1980. His most recent accomplishments include Oakdale Meadows for Kenyon Morgan, Redbud Canyon, and has done dirt work for many people in the area. Terry definitely enjoys working hands on!

Kiley:
Kiley Spencer graduated from Oklahoma Christian University earning a Liberal Studies degree with an emphasis on Business. Now, she works full time as the Business Manager for Redstone.

Kim and Terra:
Kim Spencer and Terra Myers are full time real estate professionals, native Oklahomans and local residents of the Edmond/Oklahoma City area. Like mother like daughter, Kim and Terra both received their Marketing degrees from Oklahoma Christian University. In 1997, Kim was recognized as the Keller Williams "Rookie of the Year." In 2002 she was the winner of the EXCELL award, and has been a member of the Agent Leadership Council of Keller Williams Realty. Kim and Terra pride themselves on total client dedication and are easy to reach and prompt on response. Kim is an active Ambassador of the Edmond Chamber of Commerce and a Bible teacher at her church. Kim and her husband Terry have been married for 30 years and have two daughters, Terra and Kiley. Terra is following in her mother’s footsteps and has chosen real estate for her career.
